Who is eligible to publish?

  • Any registered user may submit a product factsheet on behalf of themselves or their organisation.
  • The submitter is responsible for the accuracy of the information and for keeping it up to date.
  • Publishers must review and update product information regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Which products can be published?

  • Solutions directly related to Water, Energy, or Materials/Nutrients, or supportive solutions (e.g., software) that enable the Circular Economy.
  • Products should be market ready, or, if not yet, they must have been developed or applied within an EU project.
  • Types include software, hardware/tools, services, and methodologies/processes aligned with CE principles.

Publish as Market Ready

Publishing is free of charge for all registered users with Market Ready products.

B

Publish under an EU project

For products that are not yet Market Ready but have been developed, applied, or tested within an EU project. The product will be visible only within that project's area.

Factsheet review/approval applies once for all options.

Eligibility & content

  • Products must relate to Water, Energy or Materials/Nutrients (or support the CE).
  • No unlawful or offensive content. Non-compliant content may be removed.
  • Publishing does not imply Water Europe endorsement; owners remain responsible for claims and representations.
  • You must maintain and update product information regularly.

Lifecycle & visibility

  • Submissions are reviewed (approve / change-request / reject).
  • Public visibility requires approval.
  • EU-project items remain restricted until market-ready, then can be republished for full reach.
